When I first worked with Xenia it was to get my friends and I into our first rental home! She was on top of everything and we ended up living there for a couple years. Come 2019 my bf and I were ready to look into renting a home to ourselves and not have roommates anymore. She talked about getting us set up with someone to help work on our credit so we could buy our first house! Well we decided why not try to buy now! Didn't think we could but it happened thanks to Xenia! She is just an amazing person and so knowledgeable! Was always on top of everything and making sure we were getting and understanding the whole process!

If you might not understand a lot about the buying/renting process don't worry she will explain everything and make sure you are on the same page! I will forever refer her to all my friends/fsmily looking to buy or rent! Not only is she my realtor she will forever be a friend!

My husband and I needed to get our kids out of a horrible apartment fast. We contacted Xenia and within a few hours she was showing us a home that we fell in love with. She found us exactly what we were looking for. Since we needed to rent she helped us thru the process and kept in contact the whole time. She truly understood how urgent our need was. It's been 6 months and she still contacts us to make sure we are doing well. Our hope is to purchase a home in the next 2 years and we will definitely be going thru her!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Xenia! She helped our family move from out of state. She was spot-on with helping us find our home! She is very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods, as well as the school districts! Even after 2 years, she still continues to drop off gifts at our door and checks in to see how we are doing. Our life wouldn’t be the same without the help she has given us! We relied a lot on her for recommending restaurants, doctors and even the church we attend! If she couldn’t give us an honest recommendation for one of our needs, she would research and find the best!

Xenia was very patient and accommodating. I lived out of town and had to find a place to live. She kept in constant contact with me and helped through every stage of my search. Anytime I called she answered and any question I had was answered. Each time I drove to Austin she was available.
