My name is Xenia DeVaney and I have been a successful Real Estate Agent since 2003. Along with my career, I am a wife, a mom of 4 beautiful children, and a volunteer in the community. I have called Round Rock my home for over three decades and truly value all the city offers. I began my career in Real Estate in 1997 as a Leasing Professional for a property management company. After working in property management; I knew pursuing my Real Estate License was the next step. I was very excited and proud to team up with my husband, David DeVaney in 2021. After a long career at UPS, he retired to pursue Real Estate full-time. David has always been my biggest supporter and a huge contributor to the growth of our business. David grew up in Pflugerville from the age of seven and his parents still live in their family home.
Our knowledge extends across Central Texas. We are familiar with schools, shopping, and businesses in these areas. If you are looking to sell, buy, lease, or invest in property in Central Texas, We are confident in our ability to help you in your journey. The thing we love most about Real Estate is the valuable friendships we have gained along the way. So many of our closest and dearest friends started out as clients and quickly became family.
